By requesting a commission, the client automatically accepts the following conditions:

SERVICE GUIDELINES

⯁ 1. General Information
⬦ I Accept: Anime, Fanart, OCs.⬦ I Do Not Accept: NSFW, Mechas, Complex Monsters, Full Furry (I only accept traits like ears, tails, claws, horns, or wings).

⯁ 2. Payments & Pricing
⬦ Methods: VGen (Card/PayPal) and direct PayPal Invoice (in Euros €).⬦ Payment Plans: For commissions over 100€, a 50/50 split is allowed (50% upfront and 50% before the final file delivery). Note: Payment plans via PayPal invoice must be discussed beforehand; VGen users must follow VGen's built-in payment milestones.⬦ Frequent Clients: If you are a returning client and contact me via E-mail, a 5% discount will be applied (applicable only via PayPal invoice transactions, not on VGen).⬦ File Delivery: Please note that the final, high-resolution artwork or animation will ONLY be delivered once the full payment is completed, cleared, and approved on the platform used.→ Personal Use: The final file will include a discrete, visible signature/watermark ("By M3B/M|3").
→ Commercial Use/Merchandising: The final artwork will be delivered completely clean (without a signature), provided the commercial fee has been fully paid.

⯁ 3. Process & Revisions
⬦ WIP Stages: I will send progress updates via VGen chat or Discord at major milestones of the commission:
→ 1. Sketch
→ 2. Flat Colors
→ 3. Final Render/Animation preview⬦ Watermarks & Progress Sharing: All WIPs sent during the process include a visible watermark. The client is strictly prohibited from sharing, posting, or publishing any WIPs online without explicit written permission.⬦ Revisions (Sketch Phase): Revisions are allowed during the Sketch phase to fix details. However, major structural changes—such as requesting a completely new pose, a full redraw from scratch, or highly complex modifications—are NOT free and will incur an extra fee depending on the complexity, even if we are still in the sketch stage.⬦ BOM (Sketch Protocol): The Sketch phase requires mandatory approval. If you do not respond to the sketch within 48 hours, the commission will be PAUSED, and the final deadline will be extended by the number of days spent disconnected.⬦ Color Adjustments (Flat Colors Phase): During the Flat Colors phase, you can request adjustments to the color palette (such as changing hair, eye, or clothing colors). These color tweaks are completely free.⬦ No Revisions During Rendering: Once the flat colors are approved and I move on to the final rendering, NO free modifications or revisions will be accepted. Any changes requested during or after the rendering phase will incur an additional fee, as correcting shaded artwork is highly difficult and time-consuming.

⯁ 4. Deadlines
⬦ Turnaround Time:
→ Standard Drawings: Up to 2 months.
→ Animations/Complex Illustrations: Between 3 and 4 months.⬦ Delivery Notice: Please note that these maximum deadlines are put in place for safety. It does not mean the artwork will take this long to complete, and your order may be delivered much sooner than expected.⬦ Complex Requests: Please note that if a commission features highly detailed backgrounds, intricate character designs, or complex animations, the production time may exceed the standard period. This will be discussed and agreed upon before payment.⬦ Rush Commissions: I do not offer rush services at this time. Each piece requires its own time and process.⬦ Non-compliance: If I am unable to deliver the final work within the maximum agreed timeframe due to its complexity, I will contact you before the deadline to offer two options:
→ 1. A 100% full refund.
→ 2. An extension of the deadline with a free bonus/compensation (such as an extra static icon, a simple emote, or a discount on a future order).

⯁ 5. Usage Rights
⬦ Ownership: I retain all copyrights. You are purchasing a digital copy for personal use, which includes my signature ("By M3B"). This signature must NOT be removed, cropped, or altered under any circumstances.⬦ Prohibitions: Use of my art for AI (Artificial Intelligence) or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.⬦ Privacy & Portfolio Rights:
→ Public Display: By default, I reserve the right to post the final artwork, speedpaints, or progress updates on my social media and portfolio.
→ Private Commission: If you want the artwork to remain 100% confidential (never published by me), an extra fee of +100% of the base price (Double) will be applied.
→ Delayed Publication: If you only need the artwork kept secret temporarily (e.g., for a gift), I can delay posting it for up to 14 days for FREE. Beyond 14 days, the Private Commission fee applies.⬦ Commercial Use:
→ Monetization (Twitch/YouTube): +100% of the base price (Double). The artwork will be delivered without a signature for clean integration into your profile. However, you must provide visible artist credit (e.g., "Art by M3B/M|3") in your channel description.
→ Merchandising (Physical Sales): +200% of the base price (Triple). The artwork will be delivered without a signature so it is ready for printing and production. Artist credit on the product packaging, website, or promotional posts is highly appreciated.

⯁ 6. Cancellations & Refunds
⬦ Client Cancellation: Allowed BEFORE payment is made. If you have already paid but wish to cancel, a 100% refund is only possible if I have NOT started working on your sketch yet. Once work on your sketch has officially begun, no refunds will be issued if you decide to withdraw or cancel. Note: For VGen orders, cancellations must also comply with VGen’s cancellation policies.⬦ Artist Cancellation: I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any point if I feel uncomfortable with the request, if it exceeds my technical capabilities, or due to force majeure (health/technical issues).⬦ Refund Amounts (When initiated by the Artist):
→ 100% Refund: If I cannot deliver the final work within the maximum agreed timeframe (up to 2 months for illustrations / 4 months for animations), or if I cancel BEFORE starting the sketch.
→ 50% Refund: Only if I have to cancel the commission AFTER the sketch phase has been approved and work on the final lines/animation has already begun. No final files will be delivered in this case.

⯁ 7. Communication & Conduct
⬦ Platforms: VGen, Discord, and Bluesky.⬦ Response Time: Between 24 and 48 hours.⬦ Respect: Asking for status updates is fine, but harassment or constant pressure will not be tolerated.⬦ TOS Violation: The client will be added to my public Blacklist, and in serious cases of fraud or chargebacks, legal action will be taken and the user will be reported to the platform.
